Senator Warren’s concern is valid. The merger greenlight ignores the Competition and Antitrust Law Enforcement Reform Act of 2025 (S.130), which explicitly targets deals that risk “materially lessening competition.” When mega-mergers slide through, consumers lose. S.130’s
