Hi guys! Iâm home from college and for my cheer team I need to be logging workouts and conditioning. I want to start running more to work on cardio. Iâve been doing a few miles at a time but am no running expert. Any tips for increasing stamina, or just running in general?

@fiveoutofnine.eth is coming up on 1000 days in a row of /running đ For me, I would say keep it simple, get some good shoes, listen to your body, and try to have fun with it. Challenge yourself when youâre out there but donât push so hard you canât show up again the next day. Fitness trackers are fun too.
