Listening to music during runs is... so OP. My run today was pretty sluggish relative to my usual numbers and I somehow couldn't push myself to go any faster, and then I finished the podcast (mike+dom on eth2 roadmap) and started listening to the right song and I pretty much immediately just sped up by like 15%.

Looks like all the former tech nerds are working to get in better shape.

If they can find time to train, what’s your excuse not to train/workout?
