really curious to learn about if you are frequently using multiple different crypto wallets and if so, how are you managing them? https://i.imgur.com/hUr61tU.png

I manage roughly 10 different wallets. Four personal, both hot/cold, and then a business one, hot/cold. Primary hot - MetaMask: serves as a checking account, plus not ever dapp integrates with Rainbow et al. Secondary hot - Rainbow: better UI/UX for some things. Cold wallet - all Ledger: serves as savings accounts.

my gut tells me this is the most common setup for “crypto natives” (myself included) what % of crypto users do you think follow this in practice? 5%?

That's a tough one, but anecdotally, less than 1%. Every single one of my "normie" friends have custodial wallets like Coinbase. I think we're in the equivalent of AOL IM dial-up for wallets and the general public needs something way better before they'll even think about adopting.

Fun fact: in 1997 there were about 30 million active AOL users. Earlier this year, MetaMask said there were 30 million active users. We’re in 1997 folks.
