The founding fathers were 1%ers from England who were greedy and wanted more than their homeland could give them. Seems pretty on par to me

Some of them. A lot of them were born in the colonies and had experienced nothing but tyranny their entire lives. Samuel Adam’s is a good example. Way less tyranny than we accept daily lol.
