Bulking carbs are the hardest macro for me to hit so some days I just take them where I can get them

That makes sense. I tend to avoid them in general. But need to start carbloading more for endurance training. What's your diet mainly consist of if carbs are your hardest macro? I struggle way more with protein personally

I eat a lot of eggs and ground beef or turkey or hamburger patties Peanut butter is good, and then I try to eat as much spaghetti or rice as I can stomach Then I just fill in the gaps with whatever is in the fridge You doing a race or something?

Yeah I need eggs, I don't fancy the taste of them too much but they are too powerful to avoid in hindsight And I was going to say it's easy as hell for me to max on pasta or pizza for carbs, throw some protein on it too 😅 Steak+ avocados as much as I can do as well Not a race necessarily, but I realized that the difference in hiking and trail running is minimal. And I've always loved hiking. Now it's just pure curiosity on how far I can run without collapsing in the woods 😂
