Imagine being allergic to pollen. And it’s spring. And you don’t have Benadryl.

Honestly I need to appreciate this more. I have friends who can't even go outside for weeks in the spring. While I'm just outside all day nature maxxing. No allergies is a privilege 🫡

It definitely is. Enjoy it! I’m training for a half marathon next month and most of my training runs have to be indoors on a treadmill. 😐

Training for a Half on a treadmill must be hell. I can run for hours outside but anything more than 15 minutes on a treadmill and I want to end it all 😅

I’m used to it. I can feel the training difference though during the race. Running outside and on different terrain, etc. is better and more representative of Race Day. 🏃🏾

Must be so much more stimulating to run outside after months on the treadmill 😅

I couldn’t stand it anymore so earlier this morning I got in a 10K outside despite it all. https://warpcast.com/jerry-d/0xebd5a928
