Try swapping it for spinach on your sandwich next time. You don't even taste spinach when on a sammy and it has like 100x the nutrients

I add spinach to almost every sandwich or wrap. It made a difference to my overall health within a months of doing it 😅 I like pickles too, but most on like burgers or hot chicken sandwiches tbh
