It's unavoidable, humans need to be productive. It's just impossible to tell someone who yearns for retirement, that they are naive Diligent hands will rule, but laziness ends in forced labor 12:24

It's arguably the best grass is greener scenario. It's near impossible to have complete structure without a job. Without structure, purpose eventually falls. Cause when things can be done whenever, it's usually never. And everyone else in society is working, so you unintentionally outcast yourself in the process
