I'm trying to run npx @coinbase/build-onchain-apps@latest create but it requires a Base RPC which I can't get since my country is not supported by Coinbase.
 
I tried signing up but it just redirects and the whole sign up flow is stuck because of my location.

What can I do here?

I should be able to get a Base RPC here but it's not possible for me since I am unable to create a Coinbase account in the first place https://www.coinbase.com/developer-platform/products/base-node?utm_source=boat
Is this going to be a problem in participating to the /onchainsummer hackathon as well?
