At 1:00 you can hear that the headings are not logically structured. But on top of that, there is more than one H1 heading. Headings ensure users (and search engines) can properly index your website, and easily navigate and understand the purpose of your page.

Screen readers use heading hierarchy as one was you can navigate down a page. Throughout the whole audit, the pop-up was not clearly labeled, and the user had no ability to tab onto the pop-up and either agree or exit.

At 8:08 we have a huge accessibility win - the website contains all landmarks / regions (nav tags for header, main, and footer). Allowing users to navigate through the key content with ease.
