Starting a new streak in /screens with all of my favorite documentaries. It's one of my favorite genres and one I think is under appreciated. Get ready fam 🤓 Starting with a wholesome one, Birders: The Central Park Effect. Goes into why Central Park in NYC has one of the most diverse populations of birds in the world due to migration patterns and the location of the park in the city, and how they improve the lives of NY residents. It's something so simple, and perhaps a bit quirky, but sitting in nature and watching birds is one of the best things you can do for your mental health imo. Watch this doc and you'll be itching to watch a bird :)
