This week I built https://hellobase.dev, where developers can say "Hello World" onchain for the first time. 

Specifically designed for developers who have never touched a blockchain, this app will walk them through the fundamentals of blockchain, Ethereum, and Base. It also will let devs deploy and interact with a simple greeting contract without ever leaving the page, thanks to Coinbase Smart Wallets 

If you're a Web3 developer and have Web2 peers, please feel free to share! The goal is to help developers understand the power of blockchain and make it accessible by speaking their language.
