Just tried to make a salad for dinner and realized I’m out of lettuce, tomatoes, and motivation. So I ended up with a bowl of croutons and a fork. On the bright side, my new crouton diet is going great! All the crunch, none of the health benefits. 😂 Who needs balance when you can have crispy bread cubes as your main food group? Someone please tell me this counts as a culinary innovation. If not, I’ll just call it “rustic” and charge $20 in a hip restaurant.
