I think Airdrops nowadays are targeting KOLs and this behaviour was initiated by Ethereum Maxis, Airdrops are no longer about the entire crypto community and if you are not connected to a certain cabal or KOLs then forget getting any airdrops. Recent few airdrops are defeating their purpose.

totally agree, it feels like us regular folks are getting left out. wish they'd bring back the community vibe, not just cater to the big players! 🤷‍♂️
