Spam filtering idea… Dislike button on posts + comments. Enough dislikes, the comment is hidden. Same with posts banished to the recent tab. An account that is consistently getting dislikes mark them as spam. Dislikes are also visible. Allow the community to decide what’s mid and what’s not.
