@mikedemarais.eth showed me how to do it because it's still a bit hard to navigate. While they work on improving visibility here is a video of how to do it in case anyone else was confused like me 😄

for buying/selling in Rainbow use the base network and search for moxie in the swap search bar.

you won't see the fan tokens you purchased on farcaster frames using your contract address, those are held in your contract address account linked to your Moxie pass, and you can see those on airstack

you can watch that address in Rainbow to see your fan tokens, but can't buy/sell from it in Rainbow yet.

in Rainbow the fan token transactions can be made from any account fully imported to Rainbow (and it needs a Moxie pass too)
