fun fact: I tried to change my displayname in 3 different clients yesterday, all reported success messages, and none of them took

which clients did you try?

had to keep trying 🙏 should be changed now

so I changed my PFP on Client A and can see it changed on clients B and client C, across desktop and mobile.

After 1 hour, 🚾 still shows my PFP as a ghost.

FWIW, it doesn't appear to be isolated to the PFP, as my casts from alt clients this morning are getting reactions (I assume from alt clients) but not showing up when I look for them on 🚾.

The warpcast cross posting experiment automatically mirrored posts from X. Different from posting on an app that also posts to X

🚾  had to stop its cross-posting experiment because they couldn't get the the X api's to work consistently, leading to user frustration and a bad UX.

Ironically, @fireflyapp allows me to post to X and Farcaster simultaneously, with smart accounts mapping to boot. I have never had an X post fail, but today my casting from Firefly and FarQuest have been iffy to completely failed, while casting via Warpcast and Neynar-based clients still works (suspect it's related to the min Hubs versioning rollout?)
