Idea is way less important, a lot of good ideas are never fulfilled due to poor execution

Decent idea done well often outperforms a great idea done poorly (still need a baseline of course)

I think both axes are a spectrum and I think that "decent" ideas with great execution can still drive pretty solid outcomes
