Leaving the house without a phone more often these days. Feels like a cheat code to feel engaged with everyone and everything around me. (and mildly disturbing how much I reach for it out of habit)

My dad started doing this a few years back and logistically sometimes it’s a nightmare but at least he seems happy lol
