new in the frames.js debugger: miniapp transactions!

you can use this to test your miniapp transactions locally before deploying

1. npx @frames.js/debugger@latest 
2. go to the composer action url
3. click the composer action button in the bottom left of the composer

or go to https://debugger.framesjs.org to use the hosted version if you would like to test a deployed miniapp

we'll streamline this in the future to load the miniapp as soon as you load. let us know if you have any feedback!
