cast a reply saying "@.clanker clank dat / get in here / do your thing" or other hidden phrases to clank based off the thread context

rewards are split with the parent cast author and who tagged clanker. tagger is also the token admin and the market cap starts at 1 ETH

this week @carter shipped a fun surprise for us.

- clanker pics up context from the convo, drops a coin
- clanker rewards are split between root cast author + reply 
- 1 eth mc on launch
