god it’s so insane Apple built all of Siri so early and then completely fucked up the last step once the tech actually got good enough

They fucked up by doing nothing Apple intelligence could literally just have added LLM-based tool use to Siri and it would have been a killer product (they already have app intents that Siri can use!!) Generational fumble

I wonder how much of it is also their yearly cadence with operating systems, hardware, and announcements. They just don’t know how to react
