More Than This: Hunt Town Revamp

There’s gotta be more
Than just what is seen.
Community should be built
With pride and joy.

Yet somehow,
In the midst of everything,
Chaos has ensued
And taken form.

Forgetting where
We once came.
Growing together.
Creating unity.

It has fractured,
A barren wasteland
Of fighting and despair.
We need to get back
To cultivating what
We choose to see and care.

Stop pitting teams
Against each other.
We are of one tribe
That we need to rediscover.

Planting seeds
To become fruitful
Needs to have more conversations,
Showing people that
We all can be perceived
As equal and truthful.

Learning to put discourse aside,
Remembering again
We are all from the same tribe.
