Happy Monday 😀 I can probably survive on a little over 2k per month but I guess that doesn't include any emergency expenses that pop up.

I got incre3 lucky with rent, downtown Halifax is like 2k for a small apartment per month 😭

living in the countryside has so many benefits and especially lower rent but i see even here there is way more house flipping and speculation pushing prices up. a lot of young people here live with their parents for much longer now. Rent is too high
