I think the current problem is that Japanese PB holders have to contact OG and other higher PB holders in English to maintain and improve their ranks, and the structure is such that they cannot participate Japanese community. 

To solve this problem, I believe that the Japanese community should be given the opportunity to create an environment in which they can independently evaluate excellent content within the Japanese community (in other words, to make the Japanese community independent).

Non-native English speakers/casters shouldn't have to struggle and suck up to English speakers to obtain the power badge. This is unspeakable! ❌ 

I assume our regions too have lots to do with why some of us can't get power badges, despite being active more than those who live in the US most probably!
