I am all stopping tip-farmers... but is there a way for folks to reconcile if they think they were mistakenly categorized as spam? I feel for @scizors.eth whose art I love and who is doing cool things with degen <> art, but seems to have lost their allowance. but you're the boss. just wanted to bring that up

Also @brookhawk is a very good person, he helped some homeless people in met IRL, please look into his allowance being removed, must be an error, thx 🙏
