Power badge ownership is now publicly visible via Warpcast APIs. The /v2/power-badge-users endpoint returns a list of fids that currently hold the badge. Ownership is recomputed on Tuesdays at 12AM UTC. Check out the API docs for more info: https://docs.farcaster.xyz/reference/warpcast/api#get-all-power-badge-users

We have a new icon for power badges. If you still see the old active icons, make sure to update your app to the latest version.
