Tip allowances should be back and running! @conduit is still working on resolving the Degen L3. ETA is 8 AM PST for the nodes to be synced to the post-reorg state with a valid database. Will keep you posted.

Can we please make communication and root-cause analysis transparent after? Would like to learn how @conduit can even cause such an issue for DL3 and why Degen has to do a block re-org of 500k!
