please make this action require an opt-in and approval by the original creator (i.e. original caster). i do not want everything and anything i share here to be instantly mintable by anyone. i appreciate the concept, tho it needs some rails to empower creator sovereignty. creator rights must be respected.

Exactly. A pre-approval process would definitely help. I appreciate the decentralized approach but it cannot be forced. Creators have the right to decide if they want their work to become open source or not.
