What does that actually mean? I’m contributing to a newsletter that explains blockchain stuff to non-crypto users and Base is a great way to try lots of stuff. We don’t take sides between blockchains though so how do we fit in? Or is it something mostly for devs anyway?

Actually a newsletter fits in perfectly. This is mostly content creators. If you’d like to participate, you could by sharing base specific articles that highlights the various aspects of the chain, technical or nontechnical. You could even share an article on this initiative itself.
