I got a x1 carbon and honestly this modded x200s is a million times better. I love the new keyboard also, esp with backlight but you can't have everything at once.

Who built this for you? Keen to look into that direction as well.

The closest to my taste portable I'm willing to spend money on right now is the upcoming HP Omnibook Ultra.

I just want a great screen, keyboard and battery life.

Its by lcdfans in China. Took literally 7 months to arrive after being ghosted for a couple of months inbetween.

I like the screen aspect ratio of the old thinkpads.. 3:2
