For those who are interested in what is needed to make teokboki (post below 👇), here is a list of what I used: 150 g meat 60 g onion 1 tsp garlic 1 stalk green onion 2 cups soup stock 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp gochugaru 3 tbsp gochujang 1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted) 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp any oil 350 g rice cakes
