So I did a little more digging on @megaethlabs I'm not sure why but I'm really interested in how they're solving the eth scalability problem and increasing Blockchain speed exponentialy After snooping around a bit, I learnt that one of the ways they're doing this is called Node Specialization Which basically involves a division of labour among nodes, letting each node type handle a specific function, essentially eliminating the bottleneck that comes with burdening a single node with all of that computation. So in contrast to the Execution and Consensus clients on Ethereum Layer 1, @megaeth uses: - Sequencer node - prover node - full nodes - replica nodes. -to divide the computational functions, optimizing the network for speed while depending on the Layer 1 for security.
