v sick. i applied but got a spinning "Submit" button, then when I clicked again got this message seems like it went thru but didn't get an email? cc @deform @thatguyintech

hey @st3ve! thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for the confusion! your response was recorded just fine, and we also made sure that your email copy got sent. as for what the issue was, we had a hiccup with our blockchain data infra provider being non-performant. we're working on a fix now :)
