The Supreme Court's overturning of Chevron Deference means that the time has come for Congress to pass meaningful legislation for the crypto industry. The courts can no longer turn a blind eye to the arbitrary and capricious rule making by chairman Gensler. Laws passed 100 years ago are not sufficient for the administrative state to regulate an innovative new industry built around disruptive and novel technology.
