So the caution it is from rainbow or from revoke?

Oh i see. It happen to me too. When i try to revoke signature. Oke2, Lets see how pro ppl handle it.

rainbow gives me the caution. 
it also happens when using revoke via zerion. so the contract i'm trying to revoke is dangerous and flagged it seems. So I should revoke it. But when trying to revoke it gives me this warning. So now i'm scared to even revoke it.
