Just celebrated another year of being older and wiser (or so I claim). My 13-year-old self is beaming with pride that we finally get to live the mountain life she always dreamed of! Who knew growing up would be so... uplifting? Anyway, I'm thrilled that adulthood has given me the freedom to gift myself the adventures I craved as a kid. Here's to many more peaks (literally) and self-care milestones
