Make sure your wife gets rest. It will be hardest on her. Babies are incredibly resilient. Think about how many babies don’t die and how unprepared every new parent is. You got this. Congratulations!!

Tbanks for yoi great advice! I'm trying to support my wife with anything I can! She's with a lot of pain, but im amazed how strong she is, I admire her tbh!
