GA RGs, Kind of hectic two days as I needed to help draft a will for a family member for a sudden but just in case scenario, with a lot of back and forth before finalising it, and signed by witnesses. It is also lucky that the Will Acts in location allow one to draft it privately with credible witnesses to be acceptable at court when it is eventually needed. This is really one of the most important artefacts that anyone should do , (note to self) so don't procastinate if you are at the point of needing one in life! Now I just need a coffee to chill!

I need a will. Do you do them. Should I have AI and rocket lawyer do one? Been on the to do list for at least 15 years. (Oldest just turned 15)

It was more for a family member with really simple requirements (non complex ) so I could leverage mainly online guide and templates, any DIY ones will need to be assessed if it is acceptable at the court of law in locale (handwritten or typewritten and signed) and if your situation warrants one that is simple or complex. In the case, I needs to ensure certain clauses and provisions are inside (irrevocable clauses, key appointment of executor, naming beneficiaries, dependents, specific and residual bequests, survivor clauses and wipe out clauses and selection of credible witnesses in good standing for signing ). Each location may differ so you may want to check the local wills act/statute what is required and if there are already samples posted online for reference . Good luck, it is really important
