My VwR against Prop 542 I like the idea of gifting Nouns via proposals to contributors, but generally more inclined to vote yes if giftees have exhibited interest in governing before.

Governing is a labor of love too. Simply owning. Won’t turn you to governor. Not sure I e read yet. Is it pitched as governance help or. ‘Honorary degree’ Cooking up a dune with a rat in a safe to show treasury ⌐◨-◨ gifts and voting.

Pitched as both, but part of the proposal is the promise of significant impact through governance, which is my main gripe with it
