We all benefit from empowering/supporting people to be able to build/live/create/share in the fields and realms that suit their greater gifts

The world has increasingly structured to drive people into conformist centralizing structures that then sap joy from their being

A solid family and friends support system. One that allows for trial and error early on. And the ability to fail and not lose. 

It takes a village. 

IMO no one says you are guaranteed to work in a field of your dream. But everyone should get the opportunity to try!
