appreciation

today i appreciate:

1) butter: its a very nice fatty source for cooking

2) media recommendations on fc: i discover so many good books, movies, and songs scrolling on here

3) gardens: so great to get to visit and see different rare kinds of plants one wouldnt encounter normally

My first go at /appreciation 

1. Hills: any elevation is great compared to the alternative 

2. Chinese Food: high in sodium + protein is great for a post run meal

3. Discount Tire: I've gotten 2 flat tires in the past 10 days and they fixed them both for free 😂

I went to Costco. Wish I stayed at discount tire. Won’t be going back to Costco. (For tires) 

Weird. Cause I love Costco.
