I am guessing you are talking about the Presale List.  It is run by HeyMint.  I like them and trust them. But I understand what you mean by the permissions asked for. The first time anyone asked me to do these types of permissions was OpenSea, Rarible, i was shocked but if I trust the company now, then I am ok with it.

I'll talk to them and see if there is a way around this.  (I tried to do the minting without an Allow/Presale/Whitelist and nobody paid attention to this project.
