1/10TLDL Ape Townhall with Dan Alegre, Garga Jeff Nichols and PPman as Moderator : 

- KRO will not join Yuga. He will only help be an advisor to  Proof’s integration (normal in acquisitions)

- Web 3 team of Proof is highly capable and will accelerate Yuga projects development.

2/10 TLDL Ape Townhall

- Prof Assets are  more valuable and according to DA  than community estimates. This value will help develop Otherside, Club Apefest
- DA noticed early tech platform not ideal, so back to drawing board on that. First broad public view of it will be end of the months with Apes come home.

4/10 TDL Ape Townhall

- Probably more X spaces and communication in the town hall format in the future in an effort to be more transparent and community inclusive.

- No relations between Magic Eden ETH market and Yuga announcements to come.

5/10 TDL Ape Townhall

- 3D models for Apes are done but only for BAYC for the time being . Nonetheless MAYc will be able to join the event but not as 3 D models . Since they are more difficult to craft the MAYC models will take more time ( no timeline was announced for that).

6/10 Ape Townhall
- Welcome Apes was saluted and very positively welcomed. The founders and Yuga team would love to see more of such initiatives in the OG BAYC vibe  style. 

- in the same spirit the Townhall was extended by 30 min to make sure to answer a maximum of questions.

7/10 Ape Townhall impressions:

The Townhall felt wholesome and honest. The team did not beat around the bush, disclosed as much as they could legally, and admitted mistakes. 

And it was a very professional Townhall, straight to the point factual and informative .

8/10 Ape Townhall impressions:

So we got the best of both worlds: corporate professionalism but with none of the PC bullshit. It was crypto in spirit and honest. 

Garga’s presence was a must ! And he again delivered ! 

DA was honest on gaming. Basically OS needed a rebuild from ground up.

9/10 Ape Townhall impressions

DA is the man to lead and steer OS to the high quality gaming experience it should be. But we shouldn’t ask him to communicate in the style of the founders that’s just not him. We have Gordon and Garga for that and Com members. We should ask of DA what he does best: build games. Basta

Net net : BAYC coming back in the center as well as community. 
Games will be simpler 
OG vibe needs a revival and it’s a common task and lift !

- Gaming will be simplified as per community desire. 

- BAYC has it own team indépendant from gaming and will redouble efforts : IRL clubhouse, Apefest, developing MBA,  collabs. 

- Mes culpa of DA and Jeff that there was a disconnect with community but now reversing it 180 degrees .

So what San Alegre said is that when he arrived he did an extensive survey of the gaming te h and said it was not good enough, so they restarted from scratch. I believe  that’s where  hi strength is and he will deliver value on that front not in community engagement.

“Early platform not ideal” meaning OS wasn’t being built well? Sounds like a huge point, and explains a lot of the timeline issues
