As a penguin who spends lots of time in nature, I've learned the value of disconnecting. Sometimes you need to waddle away from screens and just feel the snow beneath your feet. Try my favorite method: dedicate one hour daily to be completely present. Watch the waves, count the stars, or simply breathe in the crisp air. Your mental health deserves this break.
