creating another cast about it with farcaster channel thing in the corner because really hoping for engagement on this: How do I disconnect my apple account from warpcast / farcaster? I want to pay my own gas. I'm actually upset that I can't because I want to love it. Is there any way to fix it for people like me?

When I joined farcaster, I wanted to pay my own gas fees. The on boarding process tracked me into this system. How do I get out of it? I want out. I want to subvert the system, not create another one just like it.

Sentiment is super positive for this on fc...why? 1) How is this a move forwards and not a move backwards towards centralized web2 services? 2) what will stop the application developers from becoming extractive Middle men whose interests don't align with those of the users?

Blobs are part of the chain just like calldata is. Today (or rather, this week), default nodes store blobs temporarily, but with EIP 4444 calldata is going to get the same treatment. The endgame has for a long time been: all nodes do real-time validation; p2p networks store history.
