I'd do a clear in app announcement saying to save key phrase before reloading, there's no special warning or anything during onboarding to save the phrase if i recall correctly, otherwise many will lose their funds since it was no problem with previous updates

if the app worked for you before, you shouldn’t have seen the prompt.
it was exclusively meant to fix issues for people who had trouble because of two devices.
if a breaking chance is ever planned, we will of course notify people!
this was just a bodged fix and we reverted
