FWIW, I had an anthropology prof tell me he worked for USAID decades ago. Told me he was sent to Africa to convince tribespeople to take some vaccine. Said they brought a couple spooks w/ them.

I thought it was well known USAID was a CIA front. Why are people fake freaking out?
