Popular channels get a lot of spam and manual moderation is hard to scale and decentralize. 

Proposal: 

- Hosts can turn on a fee in settings
- Users must pay 100 warps before they can post
- If banned, user must pay the fee again before posting
- Fees go to hosts

If you are a channel lead, would you use this?

Would be cool to see an influencer/celeb start a channel and do an NFT drop and/or warps fee to participate in convos with them.
